Job Summary We're seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. As a full-time remote employee, you'll be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
