About Our Customer Service Department

Our Customer Service department plays a vital role in ensuring that payments are made for both hospital and government accounts. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for responsible parties, helping them understand their debt obligations and resolving any disputes or issues related to their accounts. Your expertise in both English and Spanish will enable you to provide seamless support to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities


Handle 50+ calls per day via inbound calls or auto-dialer, providing accurate and satisfactory answers to client queries and concerns
De-escalate tense situations, offering patient assistance and support to resolve issues efficiently
Assist clients in scheduling payment arrangements and provide direction on account-related matters
Multi-task with the use of relative websites and our in-house system to ensure seamless customer experiences
Work flexible schedules, including weekends or late hours, to meet the needs of our clients


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:


Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or healthcare setting


Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:


Experience working with dialer systems and CRM software
Knowledge of healthcare or government billing processes
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or healthcare administration
