Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Home-Based (French/English) to work with our clients and provide exceptional customer experiences. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Home-Based (French/English), you will work from home and interface with clients via inbound/outbound calls and/or via the internet. You will provide customer service support and resolve common issues and questions regarding our clients' products and/or services. Key Responsibilities Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the client's preferred language Assist clients in resolving basic technical issues Track, document, and retrieve information in databases Maintain in-depth knowledge of clients' products and/or services, such as smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearable devices Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or comparable technology, is preferred Offer additional products and/or services Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile Requirements Essential Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience High school diploma or GED A calm and distraction-free home environment for working Strong computer navigation skills and computer knowledge Proficiency in multi-tasking Desire to learn new technologies A desktop or laptop computer for PC and internet testing High-speed internet (no wireless/ hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone Fluent in both French and English Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a home-based customer service role Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience with technology products and services What We Offer Career Growth and Development We believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
