Position Overview – Bilingual Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a passionate, bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our high‑energy Dallas branch. In this role, you will be the voice of arenaflex, handling inbound and outbound communications, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for our diverse client base. Compensation: $25 – $29 per hour (plus a $2 per hour shift differential for evening and weekend shifts)

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers in both English and Spanish, delivering accurate information and timely assistance.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring compliance with arenaflex’s policies and procedures.
Identify and resolve product, inventory, and shipping issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system, updating account information and documenting resolutions.
Collaborate with internal teams—warehouse, logistics, sales, and finance—to coordinate order fulfillment and resolve cross‑functional challenges.

Essential Qualifications
