Position: Bilingual Customer Service RepresentativeJob Type: Full-Time, PermanentLocation: Remote (Canada-based)Schedule: Monday to Friday — choose one of the following shifts:8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST(Average of 40 hours per week)Compensation: $19.35 CAD/hourStart Date: Immediate (based on candidate availability)The Big Picture: Meaningful Connections Start With YouAs the first point of contact for clients at Insight Pest Solutions, you’ll set the tone for every interaction. By consistently delivering outstanding service, you'll play a key role in building trust, strengthening long-term client relationships, and upholding our reputation for excellence in customer care.Position Summary - Responsibilities:Receive and handle inbound calls in a timely and professional mannerDeliver first-class customer experiences answering questions and providing information in response to concerns and requests.Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining the clients’ businessInvestigate, probe, and resolve inquiries and complaints. Update appropriate databases as required.Manage and maintain CRM systems and databasesComplete outbound calls to clients on an as needed basis.Liaise with the appropriate department representatives to address any customer concerns or inquiriesEnsure all requests comply with existing policies and procedures prior to processing.Enjoy fast-paced days full of problem solving by connecting with client callsPerform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor as, and when, required.What You'll Bring:1+ years of experience working in a call centre environmentSelf motivated individuals who are able to work with little supervisionPossesses excellent verbal and written communication skillsEmpathetic and professional towards customersStrong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskPossesses an eagerness to learn and work in a team settingRobust ability to problem solve under pressure and seek support when appropriate. Our ideal candidate is resilient and takes initiative to examine problems through both an analytical and creative lensMust be proficient in both French and English
