What You'll Do:
Sell and service a variety of insurance policies in a supportive inside sales environment.
Provide exceptional service by clearly explaining the features and benefits of various policies.
Liaise with underwriters to bind coverage and handle administrative tasks like paperwork and policy renewals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and policyholders.
Adapt to changing workloads and competing demands while overcoming objections and closing sales.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Customer Service or Insurance Sales Experience preferred
Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
Valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)
Experience & Skills:
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Basic computer knowledge with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proven track record of dependability and ethical behavior.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.
