Role Description

Qualifications:
Ā Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
Ā Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and a positive customer experience
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ā Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Ā Attention to detail and accurate data interpretation
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Ā Ability to Work under pressure.
Ā Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
Ā Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ā Ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment.
Ā High level of professionalism and integrity.
Ā Experience in handling incoming and outgoing calls.
Ā Must be flexible with schedules.
Requirement:
Have a high-speed internet.
A good computer setting (6-8GB RAM, Windows 10 pro, Minimum of 128SSD and I3 or better)
