Bilingual Customer Service Rep (Remote - $23/HR)
Hiring 20 REMOTE Member Services Reps for open Enrollment season with a health plan! MUST HAVE: • 2 years within healthcare customer service field • Must sit in CA, AZ, NM, TX, NV • Speak one of these languages (Fluently) • Cantonese • Mandarin • Vietnamese • Korean • Spanish - these will be the least prioritized Start Date: August 18, 2025 Hourly Rate: $23 Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST Work Schedule: Shifts will vary within our business hours of 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST. Weekend rotation and some holiday coverage will be required. Call center experience is not required. Any customer service experience is acceptable but at lease 2 years: Healthcare, doctor office, dental office, or hospitality experience is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
