You'll be part of a dedicated team based in Canada, reporting to our Customer Service Supervisor, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to provide top-notch service and resolve customer inquiries.
About the Role:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
Processing transactions and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Providing accurate and timely information to customers, sales personnel, and distributors
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction
Utilizing various software systems, including Outlook, SAP, and Esker, to manage customer interactions and data
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will possess:
A college or university diploma/degree
Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities
Strong keyboard and data entry skills (minimum 30 wpm)
A team-oriented mindset, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
