Bilingual Concierge Specialist - REMOTE
Compensation:
$17 per hour for English speakers...
$17.75 per hour for bilingual speakers (English/Spanish or English/Creole)

Seasonal, temporary role
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Answer incoming calls and compose email messages for agents.
Ā Manage team calendars and schedule appointments using MS Outlook.
Ā Distribute messages and make outbound calls to confirm event attendance.
Ā Schedule appointments using various web tools and MS Office.
Ā Assemble marketing materials and perform clerical tasks, including creating shipping labels, sorting mail, and stocking supplies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Ā Previous experience in a call center and remote work environment is required.
Ā Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ā Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ā Proficiency in using computers, MS Office, and web-based tools.
Ā Prior customer service and call center experience in a fast-paced environment.
Ā Ability to manage schedules and calendars efficiently.
Experience Required:
Ā Experience working with the public, including seniors.
Ā A minimum of 2 years of professional experience, preferably in customer service or a related field.
Education Required:
Ā High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
