Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the U.S. The ideal candidate will excel in building relationships with decision-makers, securing new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities ️

• Develop and execute tailored business strategies for small, mid-sized, and large local companies.

• Identify and pursue new opportunities in both public and private sectors.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders such as government officials, procurement officers, and industry partners.

• Lead proposal development efforts, collaborating with internal teams to craft compelling bids.

• Stay informed on customer needs, government regulations, policies, and funding trends to align business objectives with market demands.

• Represent SoftnetCorp at industry conferences, networking events, and government meetings.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related fields (MBA preferred).

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business development, sales, and high-ticket closing.

• Strong understanding of doing business in the U.S.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to navigate complex company landscapes and foster successful partnerships.

• Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset.

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: $1,200.00 per month + 10% sales commissions

• Estimated Monthly Commissions: $20,833.33 (based on 10% new sales, 5% recurring sales)

• Quarterly Bonus: $5,500.00 (upon 100% goal achievement)

• Annual Profit Sharing: $6,560.00 (upon yearly goal achievement)

• Estimated Net Annual Income: $90,060.00 – $300,000.00

Sales Goals

• Annual: $2,500,000.00

• Quarterly: $625,000.00

• Monthly: $208,333.33
