Bilingual Behavioral Health Admissions Coordinator (Virtual)
Location: Remote | Schedule: MonβFri, 9am-530pm PM EST | Type: Full-Time
About the Role
You are the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking care. You manage inbound and outbound calls, guide prospective clients through the admissions process, and convert inquiries into enrollments β with empathy, urgency, and professionalism. This role blends consultative sales, client care, and coordination. The right person holds space for people in difficult moments while still moving the process forward.
What You'll Do
β’ Respond to all new inquiries same-day via phone and email
β’ Conduct consultative intake calls to assess needs, gather information, and determine program fit
β’ Manage a personal admissions pipeline from first contact through enrollment; report pipeline status weekly
β’ Meet and exceed individual enrollment targets
β’ Complete outbound follow-up on warm leads, pending applications, and stalled prospects
β’ Schedule enrollment appointments with at least 48 hours notice; keep team updated on changes
β’ Ensure all enrollment documentation is complete and filed by end of business on enrollment date
β’ Maintain same-day CRM documentation on all contacts and activity
β’ Build and maintain referral source relationships over time; document all contact same-day
What We're Looking For
β’ 2+ years in behavioral health admissions, healthcare sales, recruiting, or a high-volume client-facing role
β’ Track record of meeting or exceeding conversion or enrollment targets
β’ Familiarity with the behavioral health or treatment industry preferred
β’ CRM proficiency required
β’ Consultative communicator β you listen first, then guide
β’ Empathetic and steady in emotionally charged conversations
β’ Highly responsive, self-directed, and accountable in a remote environment
Education
Bachelor's degree encouraged; minimum 24 college credit hours required.
