Position: Red Team Specialist
Type: Full-time or Part-time Contract Work
Compensation: $32/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 20+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate conversational AI models for jailbreaks, prompt injections, and misuse cases.
ā¢ Generate high-quality human data by annotating failures and classifying vulnerabilities.
ā¢ Apply structured taxonomies and benchmarks to maintain consistent testing.
ā¢ Document reproducibly by producing reports, datasets, and actionable attack cases.
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate risks clearly and effectively.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to enhance AI model safety.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Fluent English & Arabic language skills.
ā¢ Prior experience in AI adversarial work, cybersecurity, or socio-technical probing.
ā¢ Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
ā¢ Ability to adapt across projects and customer needs.
Preferred
ā¢ Experience with adversarial ML, cybersecurity, or socio-technical risk.
ā¢ Skills in creative probing such as psychology, acting, or unconventional adversarial thinking.
