Bilingual Administrator, Insolvency

They are seeking a Bilingual Administrator to process and administer insolvency-related information, maintain service level agreements, and ensure compliance with client standards.ResponsibilitiesProcess and administer Insolvency related information onto InsolvencyLink softwareReview documents received from Trustees ensuring proper processes are followedMaintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clientsEnsure regulated processing is based on clients standards and guidelinesUtilize client’s proprietary systems as requiredMaintain relationships within the Insolvency industrySkillsDemonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or InsolvencyPassion to Serve Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive and able to learn quicklyStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
