Bi Lingual Remote Call Center Agents need - Spanish and English
• We are seeking Inbound Remote Customer Support Agent's on site in our Blue Bell office to be the friendly voice our customers turn to for healthcare. We need agents fluent in English and Spanish. In this role you will handle incoming calls providing helpful information resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Start within 2 weeks. Training provided.
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Address customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document in system
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to management to help improve processes.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications :
• Excellent communication and attendance.
• Problem solving capabilities and ability to think on your feet.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work collaboratively with team members.
• NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY WE WILL TRAIN and THIS IS A LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY CONTRACT WILL GO THROUGH DECEMBER 2025. Good opportunity to enter the healthcare industry and room for advancement.
