BI Developer
Job Title: BI Developer (Offshore) Role Purpose Design, develop, and deliver high-quality dashboards and analytical reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud, translating functional specifications into scalable and user-friendly BI solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). Build and manage datasets, subject areas, and semantic models. Implement business logic including KPIs, calculated metrics, and data transformations. Translate functional specifications into effective visualizations and reports. Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and user experience. Apply best practices in data visualization and dashboard design. Collaborate closely with BA/BI Consultants to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements. Perform unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including bug fixes and enhancements. Troubleshoot data/reporting issues and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Required Skills & Experience 4–7+ years of experience in BI development or data visualization roles. Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) . Solid experience in dashboard development and data visualization best practices. Proficiency in SQL and data querying for data extraction and validation. Good understanding of data models, joins, and basic ETL concepts. Ability to interpret and implement functional and technical specifications. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills for collaboration with onshore teams.
