BI Developer

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Report Developer with expertise in Power BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and maintaining insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making within our supply chain operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
Design, develop, and implement interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Optimize performance and usability of reports and dashboards for end-users.
Conduct regular data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BI solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI and data visualization.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a BI Report Developer, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry.
Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization design.
At least two years of experience developing reports and dashboards with Business Intelligence software such as Tibco Spotfire, Power BI, or similar BI platform
Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and querying.
Experience with ETL processes and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with supply chain management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
At least 3 years of experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
Certifications in Power BI or related technologies.
