because of our outstanding workplace culture and employee experience. As well, our financial strength and stability are key reasons Forbes named us one of the

• Develop training materials and deliver end-user training on BI tools and reports.
• Contribute to research and evaluation of new BI technologies and partner with Architects to recommend improvements and new solutions.
• Create efficient, automated, and well-documented processes that comply with security, regulatory, and policy requirements.

What we're looking for
• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
• An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
• You have 4+ years of related technical experience, including 3+ years working with large-scale datasets, databases, ETL, and analytics tools (Required).
• Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance environments is helpful (Preferred).

What helps you shine
• You bring strong expertise in database systems, data warehousing, data modeling, and data integration techniques.
• You’re comfortable working with Microsoft SQL Server tools, including SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI, Fabric, and Synapse pipelines.
• You enjoy solving complex problems using SQL, DAX, MDX, C#, Python, and dimensional modeling techniques.
• You have a sharp analytical mindset and enjoy turning raw data into reliable, actionable insights.
• You communicate clearly and collaborate easily, whether you’re working independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
