About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Business Intelligence Analyst who will turn complex datasets into clear, actionable narratives that help every department grow.
The successful candidate can build dashboards that people actually want to use - clean, intuitive, and insightful.
The candidate will join the Data team and collaborate with other business departments (Sales, R&D, Finance).

What You Will Do

Develop and manage Business Intelligence solutions using Power BI, QuickSight, and SQL
Apply knowledge of the subject area in the analysis (sales, product analytics, calls analytics)
Collaborate with business users from different teams, BI analysts, and a Data Engineer
Analyze business processes and requirements


What You Will Bring

2+ years of working experience as a BI Analyst / Data Analyst
Familiarity with SaaS company metrics like MRR, CAC, LTV, etc.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI or QuickSight
Good knowledge of SQL, Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive at work
Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
English: Upper intermediate level
