Business Intelligence Analyst
Salary: $73,505 - $101,557 per year
Job Summary:
The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting data-driven decision-making within the HR function of our client's company. This position involves analyzing, visualizing, and interpreting data to drive HR strategies, improve processes, and ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and scorecards.
Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that inform HR strategies.
Create statistical models and forecasting tools for predictive analytics and workforce planning.
Design accessible visualizations to communicate complex data using BI tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into actionable insights.
Maintain and optimize HRIS, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
Conduct data audits and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
Support HR initiatives (e.g., talent management, benefits, employee engagement) with data-driven insights.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and reporting.
Work cross-functionally with HR and other departments to meet analytics needs.
Train HR staff on HRIS and reporting tools, promoting self-service analytics adoption.
Qualifications:
Required: Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, or related field; 5 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence (education may be substituted for experience on a year-for-year basis up to 4 years).
Preferred: Masters degree in a related field; experience with Infor.
Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel.
Advanced skills in Power BI.
Ability to read and interpret complex reports and materials.
