B.I. Analyst

Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and business questions Analyze datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities Build and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Domo, Tableau, Looker, Power BI) Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences Support recurring reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) across key business metrics Assist in maintaining and improving data models and BI infrastructure Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs Skills 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or similar role Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Data Analytics) Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets Experience with BI/visualization tools (Domo, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate insights clearly to business stakeholders Familiarity with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) is a plus Exposure to Python or R is a plus but not required Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, specifically Microsoft Excel Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates intellectual curiosity by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, investigating and resolving data discrepancies, and taking initiative to adapt analyses in support of evolving business needs Benefits Matching 401K Company paid disability Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 20 days off each year 8 paid company holidays Paid Sabbatical for up to 3 months Monthly transportation stipend Free lunch every Wednesday Company Overview PerkSpot is a buying programs for organizations.
