Benefits Verification Representative

We at CVS Health are looking for an experienced Benefits Verification Representative to join our team. As a Benefits Verification Representative, you will be responsible for verifying and authorizing prescription benefits in an accurate and timely manner, so that members can receive their medications. You will also coordinate with other departments, health plans, and third-party payers to ensure maximum coverage and payment.The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent customer service skills, be able to effectively communicate and collaborate, and have a strong attention to detail. They must also have experience in the healthcare industry, working knowledge of health insurance policies and procedures, and a basic understanding of medical terminology.If you have the qualifications we are seeking and are interested in helping CVS Health provide quality care for members, then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities of a Benefits Verification Representative:

Verify... and authorize prescription benefits for members in an accurate and timely manner.
Coordinate with other departments, health plans, and third-party payers to ensure maximum coverage and payment.

Exercise strong attention to detail.
Demonstrate experience in the healthcare industry.
