At Beghou Consulting, we are committed to delivering a benefits experience that is clear, responsive, and easy to navigate. We are looking for a Benefits Specialist to support the day-to-day administration of our US benefits programs, with a primary focus on employee support and issue resolution. Reporting to the Global HR Operations Specialist , this role is responsible for ensuring employees receive timely, accurate answers to benefits-related questions and that issues are resolved efficiently across systems and vendors. This role does not design benefits programs or select vendors; rather, it ensures our existing programs are executed well and experienced seamlessly by employees. As Beghou continues to scale, there will be many opportunities for role and scope expansion What You'll Own Employee Support & Issue Resolution (Core of the Role) Serve as the primary point of contact for US employee benefits questions (medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, leave, disability, etc.) Respond to a high volume of inquiries with accuracy, clarity, and strong follow-through Investigate and resolve issues across systems, vendors, and payroll (e.g., enrollment discrepancies, access issues, deduction errors) Own cases end-to-end, ensuring employees are not left navigating internal complexity Goes beyond answering questions to identify root causes and prevent repeat issues Benefits Administration (Execution) Process enrollments, life events, eligibility updates, and terminations accurately and on time Maintain accurate data in HRIS (ADP) and ensure alignment with carrier systems Partner with payroll to ensure correct deductions and contributions Vendor Coordination & Escalation Work directly with US-based vendors (carriers, ADP, Fidelity, brokers) to resolve employee issues Escalate complex or systemic issues to the Global HR Operations Specialist as needed Track recurring issues and flag patterns that may require process or vendor improvements Open Enrollment Support Support execution of US open enrollment (employee communications, system support, troubleshooting) Provide real-time assistance to employees during enrollment periods Compliance & Documentation Follow established processes to ensure compliance with US regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) Maintain accurate documentation and case tracking Proactively partner with our internal AI team to identify and implement AI-driven improvements that streamline operations and elevate the employee experience What You'll Bring 2–5 years of experience in US benefits administration or support Strong working knowledge of US benefits programs and common regulations Experience handling high-volume employee inquiries or HR support cases Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and vendors Clear, concise communication skills and a strong service orientation High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously Ability to work overlapping US business hours The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $55,000 to $75,000. We are currently unable to consider candidates who require, or will require in the future, sponsorship for work authorization .
