Benefits Data Specialist (High-Volume Processing Role)

Vida HR is seeking a Benefits Data Specialist to join their Benefits & Compliance team. The role involves processing a high volume of benefit enrollments, terminations, and updates while ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems. Responsibilities Process benefit enrollments, terminations, and changes across multiple carrier systems Manage a high-volume workflow (800+ transactions per month across all clients) Ensure accuracy between isolved, payroll deductions, and carrier data Research and resolve discrepancies such as eligibility mismatches and deduction issues Handle insurance card requests and eligibility verifications Maintain audit logs and documentation for compliance purposes Support Open Enrollment testing and data validation Collaborate with the Benefits Administration team during a phased transition to centralized processing Skills 1-2 years of experience in benefits, payroll, HRIS, or similar operational role Experience with high-volume data entry or processing work preferred Familiarity with HRIS systems (isolved experience a plus) Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities simultaneously Benefits Hybrid work schedule with one required in-office day per week Opportunity to grow within a structured and evolving Benefits & Compliance function Company Overview Vida HR provides personal expert care in HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Compliance, Work Comp, Unemployment, and more to companies from 10 to 500 employees so that those companies can focus on growth and what they do best!
