The Benefits Coordinator will support the administration of employee benefits programs, serve as a key contact for inquiries, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.ResponsibilitiesAdminister employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, leave policies, and other offeringsServe as the primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolutionServe as a liaison between employees and insurance providers to resolve benefits-related issues, ensure effective use of plans and options, and manage enrollments, renewals, and claimsSupport the open enrollment processes and employee communications efforts related to benefitsSupport employee education on benefits plans and options during open enrollment and one-on-one supportPartner with Accounting team on reconciliation and payment of benefits vendor invoicesOther duties as assignedMaintain accurate records in HRIS and vendor systemsSupport audits, compliance filings (e.g., ACA, 5500), and internal policy updatesPartner with HR and payroll teams to ensure accurate benefits deductions and reportingEnsure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations (e.g., HIPAA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA)Monitor trends and make recommendations for program enhancementsSkillsKnowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, ERISA, HIPAA, ACA)Strong Excel and Word skillsExcellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and analytical thinkingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLife Insurance401KEAPPTO & Paid HolidaysCompany OverviewSono Bello is a medical practice specializing in laser liposuction and body contouring services.
