Description:
• As a member of the Benefits call center team, you will help people every day by taking calls, actively listening, while discussing employee benefits.
• Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits and additional employee perks.
• You will manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating through multiple systems.

Requirements:
• Previous customer service and/or call center experience
• Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Extensive experience with typing and keyboarding
• Great problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively multi-task
• High school diploma or GED
• Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
• Willing to work a shift between the hours of 8AM-6PM, Monday-Friday
• Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
• Ability to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test (THC included), background check may potentially include employment and education verification
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
• Must have the ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
• Live in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY
