Job Description:
Your New Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Benefits Advisor to join our Reward team on a 12-month fixed term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a employee benefits background to play a key role in delivering and enhancing our benefits offering. You’ll take ownership of day-to-day benefits administration, support ongoing improvements, and help shape employee experience across a diverse and evolving business.

This role offers variety, autonomy, and the chance to get involved in both operational delivery and strategic projects — ideal for someone who enjoys making a tangible impact in a short-term contract.

Some Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including pensions (DB & DC), salary sacrifice schemes, and flexible benefits

Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, providing a high-quality and responsive service

Support benefits renewals, liaising with providers and brokers to ensure competitive and effective offerings

Assist with benefits projects, including M&A activity, harmonisation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Deliver engaging employee communications to improve awareness and utilisation of benefits

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with UK benefits legislation and governance requirements

Produce reports and data analysis to support wider reward activity and decision-making

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external providers

About You

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with a benefits background who are passionate about employee experience and delivery excellence.

You’ll bring:
Proven experience in UK employee benefits administration

Knowledge of pensions (DB & DC) and core benefits offerings

Experience managing multiple benefits schemes and providers

Excellent communication skills, with confidence handling employee queries

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confidence using Excel and working with data and reporting

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Desirable:
Experience supporting benefits projects or M&A activity

Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP)

Relevant professional qualification (CIPD, PMI, CEBS)

What We Offer

We value the contribution of our people and offer a competitive and flexible reward package, including:
Competitive salary

Potential opportunity for annual performance-related bonus

25 days holiday

Pension scheme with contributions up to 9%

Private medical insurance

Personal Accident insurance

Group Income Protection

Group Life Insurance

Employee Assistance Programme

You’ll also have access to a range of flexible benefits to suit your lifestyle.
