Description

Full-time, fully remote position in the NBS service center, working an 8-hour remote shift, Monday through Friday. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is full time, hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties
β€’ Support the service center by providing excellent customer service answering and responding to participant phone calls, voice mails, emails, and chats
β€’ Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor when communicating with our clients
β€’ Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas by maintaining a high degree of productivity while adhering to the set work schedule
β€’ Review and upload reimbursement claims to our processing queues quickly and effectively
β€’ Adjudicate claims on occasion
β€’ Complete other projects as assigned by Director or Supervisor

Requirements:
Qualifications
β€’ Ability to work in a remote environment
β€’ Have strong typing and 10-key skills
β€’ Have excellent customer service skills
β€’ Strong writing skills with emphasis on proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation required
β€’ Be highly motivated
β€’ Have positive attitude
β€’ Reliable
β€’ Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
β€’ Ability to work well within a team
β€’ Spanish speaking useful

Education and Experience – High School diploma or equivalent work experience is required.
Physical Requirements – This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
