Bellperson/Valet - Lodge Alley Inn Resort

This is a hybrid position that includes Bell and Valet tasks, where you will be the first to greet and escort owners/guests. Responsibilities β’ Greet & assist every guest and create a memorable arrival and departure experience. β’ Know and use members names, preferences, and develop a personal connection with each member. β’ Provide instructions regarding the amenities of the room and property services and activities provided for guests' use. β’ Retrieve, transport, organize and store luggage in designated area. β’ Identify and explain room features to guests. β’ Drive, park, and retrieve all types of passenger vehicles (including those with automatic or manual transmissions). β’ Maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises and report any problems or unusual activities to management. β’ Respond to all guest requests to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements β’ Current and valid State Driver's License β’ 6 months + of Customer Service experience β’ Self-starting personality with an even disposition β’ Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds. β’ Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift. β’ Ability to move at a speed that is required to respond to work situations.
