Behavioral Health Integration Manager (Russian Speaking)
This is a remote position.Small Joys provides integrated behavioral health services partnering with primary and specialty care physicians. We are currently hiring mental health counselors for a full time role.
Responsibilities:
Has a minimum availability of 20 hours per week with scope to move to full-time in 2 months.
Administers intake sessions, treatment plans & follow up sessions
Documents clinical notes following standardized templates
Discuss care plan and patient outcomes with psychiatrist
Act as a bridge between behavioral health care team and primary care physicians
Actively manage ‘Registry’ to track the hours spent on every patient for billing
Collaborative with family members of patients to gather patient history as and when necessary
Requirements
Qualifications:
Master's degree in clinical psychology or related field
Master of Social Work (MSW) is also considered
Bilingual (English & Russian)
Location:
Remote for 5 days/week
Based in the United States (mainland)
This is a 1099 contractual position.
