Using your expertise, you’ll guide clients through personalized, 30-minute video sessions designed around their unique goals. This flexible freelance role allows you to set your own schedule, making it an ideal supplement to your existing job or private practice. What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect ’s clients Focus on non-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc. Support clients in achieving personal, career, or relationship goals Collaborate with our internal clinical team to continuously enhance our platform and programs. Requirements equirements Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours Languages: Fluency in English and the local language Originally posted on Himalayas
