What You'll Do Provide 1-on-1 telehealth professional or mental health coaching for Intellect ’s clients Focus on sub-clinical cases such as work stress, procrastination, work-life balance etc. Support your clients in setting up either person or career goals, relationships, etc. Collaboratively work with the internal clinical team by suggesting improvements to the program and the platform Requirements Qualifications: Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) Certification OR a Master’s/Postgraduate Diploma in Counseling Expertise: Proficiency in coaching methods and evidence-based approaches (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT) Experience: ICF Coaches with 200+ coaching hours, or Counsellors with 300+ post-graduation clinical hours Languages: Fluency in English and Danish Preferred Background: Experience in EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles Ready to make a real impact in mental health?
