As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our therapy team, working directly with children and families to implement individualized treatment plans and promote positive behaviors.

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team in Union County, NJ. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. This is a part-time, hourly position with flexible scheduling, including evening hours.

Responsibilities

Implement custom-designed treatment plans to promote positive behaviors and skill acquisition in children with autism
Collect and report data on client progress using advanced technology tools
Provide support and guidance to families during treatment sessions and care team meetings
Maintain open communication with families, supervisors, and other stakeholders
Perform tasks as directed by the BCBA/LBA to ensure high-quality care and support


Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Access to reliable transportation
Experience working with children with autism (preferred)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings
Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
