Join us and become a valued part of our company's inclusive culture and dedication to clinical excellence!Behavior Technician (BT) Duties and ResponsibilitiesFacilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.Behavior Technician (BT) Qualifications and SkillsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.Benefits and PerksCompetitive pay: $21.00–$25.00 per hourFlexible Hours – Find the work-life balance you’ve been looking for!
