Document and escalate cases as necessary, following protocols to ensure effective resolution.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve the customer service process.
Requirements:
No prior experience needed  enthusiasm for learning is a must.
Strong written communication skills for clear and effective chat support.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.
Openness to feedback and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
