Beauty Therapist (U.S.)
Baldan Group – A Leader in the Beauty & Wellness Industry – is seeking passionate and skilled Beauty Therapists to join our team in the U.S.. If you are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing top-tier non-invasive aesthetic treatments, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: • Support the sales team by demonstrating technologies in beauty clinics, medical practices, and other relevant customer locations, as well as during promotional events, trade shows, and online conferences. • Independently showcase technologies both on-site and online. • Advise and perform test treatments for end customers at partner studios and practices. • Train and coach partners and their staff on both the theoretical and practical application of our technologies. • Provide general customer care and support. Essential Requirements: • Completed training in cosmetology, esthetics, or a similar field. • Must be a licensed esthetician. • At least two years of experience in the beauty industry. • Experience as a beauty therapist, trainer, or in conducting in-person or online demonstrations is a plus. • A passion for beauty and aesthetics. • Excellent communication skills with a love for working with people. • Strong organizational skills, goal-oriented, and problem-solving capabilities. • Punctual, reliable, motivated, and positive. • Medical training is helpful but not required. • Must be fluent in English; Italian is a plus. • A valid driver’s license and own car are a plus.
