Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Beauty Consultant to join our team at the Mall of Abilene location. As a Beauty Consultant, you will be responsible for providing a personalized and engaging shopping experience to clients, demonstrating beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance and enrich our clients' lives.
Main Responsibilities:
Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience
Stay up-to-date on beauty trends by seeking out and absorbing knowledge of products and techniques
Participate in activities to support core standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients
Key Qualifications:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
