What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Maintain the scope, schedule, and quality of the project for the Beaker Clinical EHR build team
Set clear expectations for team members and define their responsibilities at each phase of the project
Coordinate activities with the EHR Program Director and other project managers/team managers
Ensure engagement of the business community in the project
Serve as a liaison between organizational needs and Epic implementation staff
What Is Required (Qualifications)
7 years of Beaker experience
7 years of experience with Health Information Technology (HIT) projects
Experience with developing and maintaining project plans using Microsoft Project
Highly proficient knowledge of PMI standards for project management
Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certification in project management (PMP)
Experience working with Epic software in a healthcare setting
Knowledge of healthcare application interoperability
Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project management
