Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls daily, with the ability to sit for extended periods
Utilize scripted dialogue for both inbound and outbound calls to establish rapport and schedule sales appointments
Input and manage call data using CRM software
Track daily calls, emails, and appointments
Meet minimum call metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Address and overcome customer objections
Coordinate with internal departments and direct sales inquiries to management
Provide comprehensive daily task recaps
Perform other duties as assigned
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
Sales experience preferred
Call center experience is a plus
Proficiency in basic computer functions and typing
Familiarity with customer service principles
Car dealership experience is beneficial but not mandatory
