BCBA Remote Position - KS Licensed & LBA Certified
We're seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready to make a meaningful impact while being supported every step of the way.
Please Note: We do not provide training for BCBA certification. Applicants must already hold active BCBA certification. Our training program is designed to support certified BCBAs in excelling within our company.

What You'll Do
ā¢ Conduct assessments & create behavior plans
ā¢ Supervise ABA programs and staff
ā¢ Support and train caregivers & RBTs
ā¢ Collaborate with a team of experienced BCBAs
Requirements
ā¢ Active BCBA certification (required)
ā¢ Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
ā¢ Strong clinical and decision-making skills
ā¢ Growth mindset & cultural responsiveness
