Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and special education, with a focus on providing high-quality care to children with autism and other developmental disorders. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing effective behavioral interventions.

Duties
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of children with behavioral challenges.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
• Monitor and analyze patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide holistic support for each child.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records of patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on effective behavioral strategies and techniques.
• Stay current with best practices in the field of behavioral therapy and special education.

Requirements
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health.
• Experience working with children, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.
• Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and patient care methodologies.
• Familiarity with special education practices and regulations.
• Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate medical documentation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
