We are seeking a part-time, remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. $85-105 per hour.
The BCBA will provide direct services and oversee behavior intervention plans in home, community, and/or clinic-based settings. This position is ideal for professionals looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact in their community.

Responsibilities
ā¢ Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments
ā¢ Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
ā¢ Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
ā¢ Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress
ā¢ Provide parent/caregiver training to promote skill generalization
ā¢ Maintain accurate, timely documentation and comply with ethical and professional guidelines
ā¢ Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care
Qualifications
ā¢ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
ā¢ Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
ā¢ Licensed as required by the state of Maryland and/or Washington, DC
ā¢ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
