Your Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) remotely or in-person
Develop individualized ABA treatment plans based on client needs
Supervise and mentor ABA Therapists and RBTs
Provide parent training and caregiver support sessions
Monitor client progress, make data-driven treatment adjustments, and ensure clinical fidelity
What You Bring to the Team:

Active BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Reliable transportation for in-person visits (if applicable)
Ability to maintain professionalism whether remote or in-home
Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills
