BCBA Autism Clinical Care Analyst

Candidates must be a BCBA in the state of Louisiana and reside in Louisiana to be eligible to apply.
Position Purpose: Evaluate treatment plans, behavioral support plans and objectives for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Provide initial and ongoing clinical assessment of treatment plans utilizing behavioral health expertise, industry standards, and policy requirements
• Evaluate providers’ recommendations for patient services and objectives. Ensure alignment between patient diagnosis, program objectives, and services recommended
• Propose modifications to providers and discuss feedback on justifications for exceptions
• Evaluate patient progress over multiple years and guide board certified behavioral analysts in updating treatment plans and patient objectives
• Continuously research relevant publications for updates to scientific based guidelines
Education/Experience: Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis or related field. 5+ years of applied behavioral analysis experience. Extensive knowledge of applied behavior analysis within specific populations, understanding and working knowledge of insurance funding for applied behavior analysis.
License/Certification:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (must be in Louisiana)
Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
