Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that each guest enjoys a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing exceptional service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively while creating a welcoming atmosphere will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities
? Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
? Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their tastes.
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
? Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
? Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for guests seated at the bar.
? Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed.
? Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and alcohol service.
? Participate in special events such as banquets or private parties as required.

Experience
? Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred.
? Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience.
? Familiarity with TOAST POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling.
? Knowledge of brewing techniques and fine dining standards is a plus.
? Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
? Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
