Our work environment includes: - Growth opportunities - Lively atmosphere - Flexible working hours **Responsibilities**: - Grind coffee beans, prepare espresso-based drinks, and prepare iced beverages; ensuring quality and a great customer experience. - Create a positive customer experience. - Establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and customers. - Follows all health code policies and maintains each stations cleanliness standards to ensure safety of employees and customers. Qualifications: - Minimum of 1 year experience in a coffee establishment. - Strong communication skills and able to de-escalate/resolve issues in the moment. - Consistently contributes a positive attitude in the work place and wants to help others succeed. - Passion for coffee and excitement to share this with the community and build relationships. **Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time **Salary**: From $15.00 per hour Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Schedule: - Day shift - Evening shift - Monday to Friday - Night shift - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Tips Ability to commute/relocate: - Edmonton, AB T5J1M7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
