Barista (part-time)
Qualifications
• Strong interest in coffee and a desire to grow within our new company
• Able to work independently
• Outgoing and personable - enjoy interacting with guests
• Strong communication skills
• 1+ year experience as a coffee barista is required
Responsibilities
• Act as an ambassador for the Bloom Cafe brand to all customers
• Greet all guests entering the store
• Prepare and serve coffee, other beverages and food items consistently by adhering to all recipe standards and training protocols
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness behind the bar and in the dining area
• Perform opening and closing duties, as listed
• Assisting with storage, stocking, and maintenance of all products
