As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also engaging with customers to enhance their experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Engage with guests, providing friendly and efficient service while addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in food preparation as needed, contributing to the overall dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operation during busy periods. Uphold high standards of hospitality and guest services at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring proper phone etiquette when taking orders over the phone. Qualifications Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly desirable, showcasing your familiarity with hospitality and guest services. Skills in food preparation and cooking are advantageous, enhancing your ability to support the kitchen team when required. Experience as a delivery driver or barista would be beneficial, demonstrating versatility in various roles within the hospitality sector. Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members alike. A solid understanding of food safety practices is crucial for maintaining hygiene standards in food handling and preparation. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are key attributes for success in this role.
