• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, and Excel.
• Comfort with SDLC and Agile methodologies while collaborating with technical teams.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with software like Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, and Teams Planner.
• Knowledge of process optimization techniques.
• Ability to manage and implement integrations across projects
