Job Summary
Choice Staffing is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Banquet Servers to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences during various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and other special occasions. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing outstanding hospitality and ensuring that all guests receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.
Duties, but limited to:
? Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
? Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
? Anticipate guests? needs and exceed customer service expectations.
? Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
? Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
? Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
? Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
Experience
? Previous experience in banquet serving, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
? Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
? Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards is a plus.
? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
? A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
